What to expect on your first visit
On your first visit a detailed examination will be carried out. You will be asked questions about your problems, concerns and details of your general medical history. The relevant joints, muscles and ligaments will then be examined.
Please wear or bring appropriate clothing for a detailed examination e.g. shorts or suitable underwear.
The examination findings will be discussed with you and a treatment plan agreed. This will include advice, self-management techniques and exercises for you to do at home.
